Here at Heirloom Baby Girl Bracelets by Sher's Wares, we go out of our way to satisfy our customers.
It is important to us that you are happy with the purchase of your heirloom baby girl jewelry.
If, for any reason, within the first 30 days after receiving your baby girl jewelry, you decide you are not happy, we will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling). Your full refund will be issued through your payment method once we receive the purchased item back, in it's original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. We hope, however, to work with you to make any adjustments necessary.
Please feel free to contact us at anytime to review your order. If Heirloom Baby Bracelets has made a mistake of any kind, a replacement will be sent out immediately, at no charge.
If you prefer a refund, Heirloom Baby Bracelets will issue a full refund including any shipping and handling and provide return shipping for the purchased item. Refund will be issued through your payment method upon receipt of purchased item. We appreciate your business and it is most important to us to keep our wonderful customers satisfied.
